These Terms of Use govern your use of this website, operated by Galapago Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our") for Bernardo Valenzuela's go-to-market consulting practice. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What this site is
The site describes consulting services offered by Galapago Ventures LLC. Nothing on it is an offer to contract. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement prevails over anything on this site.
2. The free diagnosis
The diagnosis is offered free, at our discretion, and we may change or end it at any time. Requesting it creates no obligation for you or for us. The report you receive is for your internal use.
3. No guarantee of results
Content on the site is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Client results described here come from specific engagements and do not guarantee similar results for your company.
4. Intellectual property
The site's content, design and the valenzGTM brand belong to us or are used under license. GTM OS and its related frameworks, including the eight pillars and the five valleys, are the intellectual property of GTM Partners and are referenced here as a certified partner. Client testimonials are used with permission, with company names withheld. You may not copy or reuse site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
5. Third-party sites and tools
The site links to services we don't control, including the GTM assessment run by GTM Partners, WhatsApp and LinkedIn. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break the law, to disrupt or attempt to access it without authorization, to scrape it at scale, or to submit someone else's personal information without their permission.
7. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Galapago Ventures LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
